Having lived in Norman for several years, I am excited to be combining my knowledge and experience with the truly remarkable team of real estate professionals at Equity Realty, Inc. The ability of the people at Equity Realty, Inc. to work as a TEAM on any and all transactions truly sets them apart from the competition.

A creative and experienced problem solver with over 15 years experience in commercial real estate, Robert Finley, Sales Associate of Equity Realty, Inc., gained his early experience in real estate by working summers in construction and interning with R.W. Finley Company, OKC. There he learned to value commercial real estate and produce appraisals. Robert entered the real estate profession full time after graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1989. From his experience as a commercial appraiser and as an Assistant Vice President with Mid First Bank in the Income Property Department, Robert has gained years of valuable experience with all types of commercial property and learned how to successfully guide a real estate transaction from inception to closing.

Having looked at commercial real estate from the perspective of a developer, an appraiser, a lender, an owner and a Realtor, Robert has years of experience with real estate from many different perspectives. He has also gained valuable experience in negotiating the many different obstacles that can occur when dealing with commercial real estate.

Robert's experience as a lender has given him valuable insight into the different contingencies that must be satisfied to complete a commercial real estate transaction. From his experience with environmental reports, ADA and property condition reports, Robert has the knowledge necessary to successfully complete a commercial real estate transaction. Robert values customer service and follows through to make great things happen.
