A creative and experienced problem solver with over 15 years experience in commercial real estate, Robert Finley, Sales Associate of Equity Realty, Inc., gained his early experience in real estate by working summers in construction and interning with R.W. Finley Company, OKC. There he learned to value commercial real estate and produce appraisals. From his experience as a commercial appraiser and as an Assistant Vice President with Mid First Bank in the Income Property Department, Robert has gained years of valuable experience with all types of commercial property and learned how to successfully guide a real estate transaction from inception to closing.
Having looked at commercial real estate from the perspective of a developer, an appraiser, a lender, an owner and a Realtor, Robert has years of experience with real estate from many different perspectives. He has also gained valuable experience in negotiating the many different obstacles that can occur when dealing with commercial real estate.
