Judy's corporate experience prior to Equity Commercial Realty included Plant Controller of Westinghouse Electric Corporation; Vice President of TOTCO, a division of Baker International; Owner of Hatfield and Bell, Public Relations; and Vice President, First National Bank of Norman.
Judy's real estate career began in 1986 when she handled the first of approximately 200 receiverships during the "Oil Bust" in Oklahoma. During that time, Equity had approximately 200 employees in three states. As the company continued on its strategic plan, Judy later was instrumental in the redevelopment of Campus Corner in Norman, across the street from the University of Oklahoma Campus. She purchased a major ownership interest in the then blighted area, secured a TIF district, developed a marketing campaign and redeveloped the buildings she owned with a partner, which successfully revived the popular Campus Corner.
Her most recent redevelopment project in downtown OKC is Carnegie Centre, an historic revitalization of the original Carnegie Library in downtown OKC which was transformed from the public library to 19 residential lofts, parking and storage, and 24,000 sf of commercial space including the UCO downtown campus. The total project is 66,000 sf at 131 Dean A. McGee in OKC.
Judy is active in the 96 acre prime development on I-35 and Tecumseh Road in Norman where the new Norman Healthplex Campus is located which boasts a 129 bed hospital, 15,000 sf retail center, dental office, 40,000 sf Heart Doctor Medical Office building, bank, new Best Western hotel, other medical facilities under construction and a CVS, McDonald's, Sonic, and high end nursing facility. Across the street is a 40 plus acre development, Carrol Family Farm that is being redeveloped currently with a new bank as an anchor.

Judy is active in her church, Oklahoma City Community Church, enjoys leadership roles in her community, actively mentors, loves to travel, and is involved in the development of a 400 acre family ranch, Hatfield Ranch.
