Eric, partner and managing broker for Equity Commercial Realty, LLC, is a 20+ year commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented thousands of clients, in all facets of the commercial real estate industry.

Eric has built a solid foundation of clients, both large and small. He has had the pleasure of representing the University of Oklahoma, Old Republic Title, Norman Public Schools, Lenox Corporation, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, PT Central, Trans-Tel, Gardner/Tannenbaum, La Baguette, Fowler Holding Co, InOk Investments, Hal W. Smith, Raising Canes, Dairy Queen and countless other small businesses.

He has a strong track record of successfully guiding his clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing decisions, asset repositions and asset dispositions. He works closely with various financial institutions to leverage his client base to negotiate the most favorable rates and terms for both insurance and financing.  Eric averages over 30 Million Dollars in sale and lease transactions annually and in his career has closed over 300 sale transactions.

His specific strengths are his in-depth knowledge of business and finance and the roles they play in an ever changing real estate environment.  Eric is a visionary and is often asked to speak at various functions about his outlook for business and real estate trends.  Eric also excels in innovative negotiations, he works diligently to find the best, often most creative path, to getting a deal done.  

In 2014, Eric determined it was time to expand his services to better facilitate his clients’ growing needs for investments and the professional management of these assets.  With the help of an ever-growing team of professionals, including his wife, Nova, he founded Fleske Commercial Group.  FCG is a fully integrated real estate team that develops commercial real estate projects, provides design solutions, portfolio management and comprehensive property management.

Eric believes strongly in the power of lasting, loyal relationships and teamwork. He counts himself as very fortunate to be surrounded by a team who support one another, his clients and who share his vision for the FCG mission, to build wealth for our clients while making a positive impact in the community.

Eric has proudly served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma, United Way of Norman, Norman Chamber of Commerce, Legacy Rotary Club of Norman, Sooner Rotary Club of Norman, Alumni Association Price College of Business.

When Eric is not working he enjoys traveling with his wife, Nova and spending time with his three children.
